Symposium on new technology of high-speed railway surveying and mapping, geology and environment - geological session held successfully

May 14th1:30 PM, "Symposium on new technology of high-speed railway surveying and mapping, geology and environment - geological session" was successfully held in Xipu campus X9458. The session was chaired by Wu Xiyong, chair of Geological Engineering, school of Geosciences and Environmental Engineering.

The guests attending the meeting were: Hu Xiewen, Vice dean of Geoscience College, the Meng Xianglian, Deputy chief engineer of the first reconnaissance and Design Institute of China railway, Zhang Guangze, Deputy chief engineer of China Railway Second Engineering Group Co., Ltd., and professor-level senior engineer, Ma Huimin, vice president of China Railway Science Research Institute, Hu Xinguo, China railway Bridge Survey and Design Institute Center laboratory director, professor-level senior engineer, Professor Zan Yuewen Geoscience Institute. Some teachers and students of Geoscience College attended the session.

Hu Xie, representing schools and colleges, welcomed and thanked distinguished alumni for attending the meeting and celebration activities.

The academic conference is divided into two halves, with a total of 5 thematic reports. During the period, Meng Xianglian combined the new high-speed railway project, the Lanxin railway project general situation, the gale characteristic and the Lanxin railway comprehensive control technology and introduced the gale characteristic and the control technology research. Zhang Guangze combined Sichuan-Tibet railway project and introduced the major engineering geology problem and its solution of Sichuan-Tibet line from the general aspects of Sichuan-Tibet Railroad, the engineering geology condition, research actuality and the difficult point in Sichuan-Tibet railway construction.

Ma Huimin focused on the stability of tunnel and landslide and introduced the research situation of tunnel and landslide stability, the tunnel-landslide system type and tunnel stress deformation mode, the interaction mechanism between tunnel and landslide, the principle of prevention and cure of tunnel landslide, the technology of pre-reinforcement. Hu Xinguo combined the shallow gas survey of the South Bank of Hangzhouwan Bridge, the Subsea tunnel project of Xiamen East Corridor and the Wuhan 27 Yangtze River Bridge, and introduced the engineering reconnaissance technology of the bridge and tunnel in the unfavorable geological condition. Finally, professor Zan Yuewen introduced the characteristics of high-speed railway tunnels in China, safety problems, quality acceptance problems, regular "physical examination" problems of high-speed railway tunnels, and existing vehicle GPR detection techniques.

The whole meeting was warm and lively, and the scene was full of applause. Around 5:30 P.M., "Symposium on new technology of high-speed railway surveying and mapping, geology and environment - geological session " was successfully concluded.
